Introducing Log Cabin Soaps

LOG CABIN SOAPS are handcrafted in small batches, poured and cut by hand. Using traditional cold process methods ensures that all the naturally occurring glycerin and moisturizers remain intact. A minimum 4 week curing period provides a bar with a rich lather, is long-lasting and very mild for your skin.

Every carefully blended recipe contains primarily olive oil, as well as palm, coconut, sweet almond, avocado, and/or castor oils. Colors and fragrances are all-natural from herbs, spices and pure essential oils or from high-quality fragrance oils and I do not use animal products (such as goat’s milk or tallow). These bars are not equivalent to the kit-type melt-and-pour glycerin bars as they are hand-processed from scratch, beginning to end.

Each bar of LOG CABIN SOAP offers pure and gentle cleansing, naturally. From my cabin to yours – bringing the Spirit of the Northwoods to wherever you are.

Wood Soap Deck

Specially designed in collaboration with my friend Knute Norenberg of Northern Manufacturing, this is a useful landing deck for your next-to-the-sink bar, keeping it dry and accessible and extending it's useful service! Knute uses 100% USA sustainably grown and harvested woods and we have several wood choices! Easily cared for with an occasional scrubbing. Tulipwood featured on the left, pine on the right.
